Terms of Service

GENERAL• It is prohibited to use my works in relation to crypto, NFT and AI related technologies.
• I reserve the right to accept or decline commissions at my own discretion.
• I retain copyright to all commissioned artwork unless discussed otherwise and copyright is transferred.
• I reserve the right to use, publish, and record the commissioned artwork/process to share and promote on my social media unless discussed otherwise.CLIENT’S USE AND UNDERSTANDING• Unless discussed otherwise, the client agrees that my commissioned work is strictly for personal non-commercial use and does not have the right to reproduce the artwork for any profit whatsoever.
• If the client intends to use the commissioned artwork for commercial use (streaming, patreon, advertisement, printing, merchandise etc), this must be disclosed at the start of the commission process as a transfer of rights must be purchased and will affect the total cost.
• Client agrees to still credit me as the original artist of said artwork even if rights are transferred.
General Commercial: Streaming / content use
Full Commercial: Merchandise / ads / printPAYMENTS• Payments will be made up front in full unless discussed otherwise.
• In some instances when agreed upon my me, payment will be made half up-front before work on the commission begins. The second half of payment will be made before the final commission is received by the client.REVISIONS• I accept revisions when I send WIPS which will be at the sketch stage, and color stage. If you require more revisions than this there could be additional charges applied (USD).DEADLINES, DELIVERY, AND PRIVACY• General turnaround time is 4-8 weeks, dependent on commission type.
• Client must inform me ahead of time if there is a deadline or privacy request.
• There will be a rush fee if finished piece is requested before general turnaround time outlined above (USD).
• I request an additional flat fee of $100 to keep a piece private.REFUNDS• Once the work has been started I do not accept refunds. Client forfeits any payments made prior to their cancellation request.COMMUNICATION• Communication can be done via email or Discord depending on your preference. Please always feel free to message me with questions.
